Free use and no authorized payments

CVSnap's available resume-building features are offered free of charge. We do not require payment or a subscription to use those free features, and we do not authorize another person or business to collect money on our behalf for access. If someone claims to be a CVSnap agent and requests a fee, verify the claim by contacting mdafjalansari376@gmail.com before taking action. Do not send passwords, bank details or verification codes to anyone making such a request. Your internet provider, device, printer or an independent third-party service may charge separate fees that CVSnap does not set or control.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use CVSnap to create, edit and format your own resume or related career documents for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt other users. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, overload the website or misuse any connected service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or lawful operation.

Your information and documents

You are responsible for all information you enter, import, copy or export. Ensure that the information is accurate, lawful and appropriate for your intended use. The current browser-based application may store draft information in your browser rather than in an online CVSnap account. Storage behavior can depend on browser settings and the current version of the site. Clearing browser or site data, changing devices or using a private browsing window may remove or prevent access to a draft. Keep your own backup of important content and inspect downloaded files before sending them to an employer. Do not rely on CVSnap as the only copy of a resume or other important document.

No recruitment or outcome guarantee

CVSnap provides formatting tools and general educational content. It is not a recruitment agency and does not offer employment placement. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, ATS acceptance, professional advancement or any other outcome. Employers use different hiring practices, systems and requirements. You are responsible for adapting your documents to each opportunity and following the employer's instructions.

Website availability and changes

We aim to keep CVSnap useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of every feature or compatibility with every device. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue part of the website when reasonably necessary. We may also correct content or update these terms. The latest version will be published on this page, with a revised update date where appropriate.
