The resume-building features provided by CVSnap are free to access. We do not authorize agents, recruiters or other individuals to collect money on our behalf for access to those free features. If a person asks for payment using the CVSnap name, please do not assume that person is connected with this website. Send us a description of the request so we can review it. Do not send bank details, passwords, verification codes or payment credentials by email. Any charges from your internet provider, device supplier, printer or independent third-party service are outside our control.
Privacy-related requests
If your message concerns privacy, tell us which page or practice you are asking about. In the current browser-based builder, draft information may be stored locally by the browser rather than uploaded to a CVSnap account. You can usually remove local site data through your browser's settings, but doing so may delete a draft. Please do not email a full resume merely to ask a general question.
